The San Bernardino BIENESTAR center provides a variety of services, including Treatment Education, Case Management, Prevention and Health Education.  In March 2004, the center expanded the area it serves to include neighboring Riverside County.  The center takes pride it its community mobilization efforts, which engage clients in focus groups, educational events and social activities.
